UPRN Mission Statement
The mission of Upset Prevention & Recovery Training Network is to:
● Identify, promote, and maintain best practices for upset prevention and recovery training (UPRT) in general aviation;
● Encourage the introduction of UPRT concepts into primary flight training;
● Develop standards for members who provide UPRT; and,
● Reduce general aviation accident and incident rates, reduce insurance costs, and save lives through effective training and education.
